What does 'lossless' mean here?

The selected video and compatible audio are copied into a new file without re-encoding. The retained footage keeps its original resolution and quality; trimming does not add compression or a watermark.

Which formats can I cut?

Why doesn't my cut start on the exact frame I picked?

Lossless cutting starts on a keyframe — a frame that can be played without earlier frames. The start moves to the nearest keyframe at or before your selection, so the downloaded clip may start earlier and last longer than the range shown. The difference depends on the recording; frame-exact cutting would require re-encoding.

Is there a file-size or length limit?

Free users can cut videos up to 100 MB, three times a day. Pro allows source files up to 32 GB and unlimited cuts. There is no separate duration cap. Compatible videos are read in sections rather than loaded entirely into memory, but the finished clip still needs to fit in your device's available memory. How long does it take to trim a large video?
