Minitooler is operated by JBN Web (Denmark). We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions.

How the guarantee works

• You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.
• Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe.
• Once approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear.

How to request a refund

Email us at info@minitooler.com with your order details and we will process the refund through Stripe.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically trigger a refund of the current billing period. If you are within the 30-day window and want a refund as well, email us using the address above.

Consumer rights

This policy is offered in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Danish or EU law, including the right of withdrawal for digital services where applicable.
