Which formats are supported?

You can open JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF and BMP. You can save as JPG, PNG or WebP. Animated GIFs are resized as a single still frame.

How do I resize to an exact size?

Type the width and height in pixels. With “Lock aspect ratio” on, changing one value updates the other so the picture never stretches. Turn it off if a form demands an exact size like 600 × 600.

Can I resize by percentage?

Yes. Use the 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% buttons, or drag the scale slider anywhere from 1% to 400%. The new size in pixels updates as you go.

Will resizing hurt the quality?

Making an image smaller uses high-quality smoothing and looks sharp. Making it larger than the original always looks softer, because there is no real detail to add.

Why is my resized file bigger than the original?

Usually because the format changed (for example a JPG saved as PNG) or quality is set very high. Choose JPG or WebP and lower the quality slider a little — the result line shows the new size and its percentage of the original before you download.

Can I keep transparency?

Yes — save as PNG or WebP. JPG has no transparency, so transparent areas are filled with white.

Can I batch-resize multiple images?

Yes, on Pro. Drop several images at once, pick one scale percentage, format and quality for all of them, click “Resize all”, then download each image or everything as one ZIP. Each image keeps its own proportions. On Free, only the first image is used.

What are the Free and Pro limits?

Free: one image at a time, up to 10 MB per file, and 3 runs a day shared across tools (5 with a free account). Pro ($5/month): batch mode, ZIP download, unlimited daily use and no per-file size cap beyond what your device's memory can handle. Output is limited to 20,000 px per side on both plans.

How do I resize without stretching the picture?
